Our Quality Commitment

PLAN — Set the Standard

Before sourcing or confirming any collection, we define quality benchmarks: plating thickness, stone setting security, finish uniformity, anti-tarnish coating compliance, and packaging integrity.

We align these benchmarks with the destination market’s expectations — what Australian boutiques expect differs from Middle Eastern wholesale buyers, and our planning reflects that.

DO — Execute with Discipline

We source from vetted suppliers in Delhi NCR’s established jewellery clusters. Each lot undergoes pre-shipment inspection covering visual finish checks, weight consistency, packaging quality, and labelling accuracy.

Export packaging is selected to protect jewellery through international transit conditions.

CHECK — Measure and Review

Post-shipment, we actively collect buyer feedback on finish quality, packaging condition on arrival, and overall satisfaction.

Return rates, buyer complaints, and reorder patterns are tracked as quality indicators. Periodic internal reviews compare actual delivery quality against the standards set in the planning stage.

ACT — Improve Continuously

Findings from the Check stage drive immediate corrective actions — whether that means switching a supplier, tightening a finishing specification, upgrading packaging, or introducing a new QC checkpoint.

Improvements are documented and fed back into the next PLAN stage, creating a continuous loop of quality improvement.
